What Your Day Will Look Like

As Care Assistant, you’ll help residents with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily activities while promoting dignity and independence. You’ll provide companionship, support, and a reassuring presence that helps residents feel comfortable and respected in a male-only setting.

About You

  • Level 2 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate, or 6 to 12 month’s experience in a care setting.
  • Calm, patient, and compassionate.
  • Confident supporting men with complex needs / requirements.
  • Team-oriented and committed to consistent care.
