We are now looking for a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to join our close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of experience who is committed to making a meaningful impact. Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates on sponsorship or those seeking 20-hour contracts, as these arrangements do not meet the needs of the home.

  • Paid DBS, pension scheme, free uniform and onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Your Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their day-to-day routines, always promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will follow individual care plans, provide emotional and social support, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Working closely with nurses, housekeepers and fellow carers, you will play a vital role in ensuring each resident feels respected, heard and cared for.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months' experience as a Care Assistant. An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred, along with a genuine passion for care and a commitment to delivering a high standard of support. You will be a team player with strong communication skills and a kind, reliable approach to your work.
