Willowbrook Care Home is a specialist service in Birmingham, providing high quality care for up to 75 residents living with dementia, mental health conditions and complex needs. The home delivers clinically led, person centred care within a structured and supportive environment, promoting independence, stability and overall wellbeing.

Contract: £12.71 per hour

Contracted to 16 hours per week - Alternate Weekends

Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided

5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient day to day running of the home. This is a varied and fast paced role where your organisation, attention to detail and communication skills will ensure operations run effectively. You will support a range of administrative tasks including payroll input, staff records, scheduling and general office duties, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will also act as a point of contact, handling telephone enquiries and supporting communication across the team. Working closely with the management and wider team, you will help maintain organised systems, support coordination of tasks and contribute to a professional and well run environment.
