Care Concern Group’s Penrose Care Home in Biggleswade is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead clinical governance, care planning and regulatory compliance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for up to 65 residents.

The post involves hands-on leadership with the nursing and care teams, mentoring staff, and acting as Deputy to the Home Manager in their absence, while upholding our values and standards across the home.
