  • Work closely with the Home Manager as part of the internal management team

You have previous care home administrative experience and a strong understanding of recruitment processes within health or social care. You are highly organised, confident with systems, and comfortable managing sensitive information. You communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and remain calm under pressure. You take pride in doing things properly, bringing structure, consistency, and professionalism to everything you do.
