As Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our care home, creating a positive environment for residents, visitors, and team members alike. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to thriving in this role!

What You’ll Do

  • Greet residents, visitors, and professionals warmly
  • Manage phone calls and front desk enquiries
  • Support administrative tasks and resident services

Additional Ancillary Roles Available:

  • Housekeepers – Help keep our home clean, fresh, and safe
  • Laundry Assistants – Ensure residents have fresh and properly cared-for clothing
  • Kitchen Assistants – Support the kitchen team in delivering nutritious meals
  • Activities -Bring joy and engagement to our residents’ daily lives!
