Our impressive 68-bedded care facility provides residents with exceptional standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care, in a luxury setting.
Activities Manager Contract Β£13.52 per hourContracted to 37.5 hours per weekPaid PVG, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role OverviewAs Activities Manager, you will take responsibility for developing and delivering a high quality, engaging and person centred activities programme. The role plays a key part in enhancing wellbeing, promoting independence and creating a positive, stimulating environment. You will plan and lead both group and one to one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs, including those living with dementia. Building strong relationships will enable you to deliver meaningful and inclusive activities that encourage participation and social interaction.
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider team, you will ensure activities are well organised, consistent and aligned with individual care plans. You will also maintain accurate records and continuously review and improve the programme to ensure it remains engaging and effective.
