You will lead on all aspects of clinical governance, care planning, medication management and risk, ensuring care is safe, effective and person centred. You will monitor performance, carry out audits, support inspections and take ownership of continuous improvement, ensuring the home operates in line with regulatory and organisational standards.You will provide visible, hands on leadership to the nursing and care teams, supporting, mentoring and developing staff to deliver high quality outcomes.
