We are an award-winning care home and nursing facility, based in Aberdeen's West End. We deliver exceptional levels of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for up to 86-residents.Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) Contract Up to Β£26.50 per hour - depending on experienceWelcome Bonus of Β£2,000 (T&C's apply)Contracted to 40 hours per week - 5 x 8 hour shifts per weekPaid PVG, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Paid NMC feesOngoing training, clinical development and clear progression into Home Manager roles, supported by experienced senior leadership and regional teams within a well structured and high performing environment.Role OverviewAs Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and performance of the home, working in close partnership with the Home Manager to drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and high quality care delivery. You will lead on all aspects of clinical governance, care planning, medication management and risk, ensuring care is safe, effective and person centred. You will monitor performance, carry out audits, support inspections and take ownership of continuous improvement, ensuring the home operates in line with regulatory and organisational standards.You will provide visible, hands on leadership to the nursing and care teams, supporting, mentoring and developing staff to deliver high quality outcomes.
