Your role will focus on maintaining high standards of care and governance, supporting and developing an established team and ensuring residents and families continue to experience the safe, compassionate and person-centred care Angusfield is known for.

Alongside operational oversight, you will play an important role in shaping the home's future identity as part of a growing and ambitious care group; balancing continuity and stability with fresh ideas, innovation and long-term development.

You will be supported by an experienced and highly regarded Regional Director alongside a strong operational structure that allows Home Managers the autonomy to lead confidently while never feeling isolated.

About You

You are an experienced Home Manager with a strong track record of leading successful nursing, residential or mixed-care services. You understand how to balance quality care, commercial performance, team culture and regulatory compliance while maintaining a visible and supportive leadership presence throughout the home.

You lead with emotional intelligence, professionalism and consistency. You build trust naturally with residents, families, staff teams and external professionals, and understand the importance of protecting culture within an established service.

Most importantly, you recognise that successful homes are built through people, stability and leadership credibility, not constant disruption. A nursing qualification would be advantageous but is not essential for the right candidate.

Angusfield requires a leader who is calm, credible and people-focused. You will be visible within the home, approachable to staff and families and confident in setting clear standards and expectations. This role suits a leader who values collaboration, consistency and long-term relationship building over short-term change.
