Raemoir Manor Care Home is a brand new, purpose built care home in Banchory, opening in Summer 2026. The home will provide residential, dementia, nursing and respite care within a modern, well designed environment, offering a unique opportunity to join a new team and help shape the service from the outset. Wellbeing Manager Contract Β£15.50 per hour Contracted to 40 hours per week, working over 7 days Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview Joining a brand new care home from the very beginning offers a genuinely exciting opportunity to help shape the social environment, wellbeing culture and day to day experiences within the home as the service develops. As Wellbeing Manager, you will play a key role in creating a warm, engaging and inclusive atmosphere where residents feel valued, connected and encouraged to continue enjoying the things that matter most to them. As Wellbeing Manager, you will take responsibility for developing and delivering a high quality, engaging and person centred activities programme.
