Ivy Gate Lodge Care Home is a modern, purpose-built 68 bed care home in Southport, Merseyside, delivering high quality residential, nursing, dementia and respite care within a warm, supportive and person-centred environment. Caring for our residents is at the heart of our business but looking after someone's wellbeing in their next chapter of life goes much further than watching TV and a game of Bingo! Driven by our team of Wellbeing Coordinators, you are the difference to ensuring that our residents' days are filled with fun, variety, and stimulation.
Being able to build a rapport with our residents and getting to know their preferences is key to being able to make this role a success, as well as being inclusive of their individual preferences and care needs which range from low-level support through to dementia and nursing. Experience of working in a care home is not a pre-requisite - we are simply looking for someone who sparkles and who enjoys having fun whilst making a real difference to our fabulous residents.

What You'll Do:
- Plan and Organize: Create and manage monthly rolling programmes as well as individual activities, encouraging residents to stay active and maintain their hobbies.
- Foster Social Connections: Help residents socialize and enjoy their time in the care home through diverse activities that cater to all preferences.
- Keep Accurate Records: Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities.
