Silverleigh is a beautiful care home situated on a quiet street in the centre of Axminster, Devon. Home to 65 residents, we provide expert Residential, Nursing, and Dementia care in a supportive and vibrant environment where residents are truly at the heart of everything we do. The home was recently inspected by CQC, and they received a 'GOOD' rating.
We are now looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our compassionate care team. If you are naturally kind, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference in people's lives, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and thrive in a values-led care setting.

You will work closely with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure personalised, dignified care is delivered at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Ideally NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- 6 months of care experience preferred, but not essential β we welcome applicants with transferable skills and the right attitude
- A genuine passion for elderly care
