Kingfisher House Care Home in Perth is a brand new, purpose-built luxury home set in a stunning riverside location. Offering residential, dementia, nursing and respite care, the home provides a modern, welcoming environment and an inspiring place to build your career. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Team Leader who is passionate about making a real difference.
In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated care team while ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care. You will inspire your team, champion person-centred practice and put residents at the heart of everything you do.
What We Offer- £14.50 per hour
- Full time, part time
- Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract
You will lead, support and motivate a team of care assistants, ensuring residents’ needs are met with compassion and respect. You will maintain high standards of care, oversee care planning and medication administration, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and respond appropriately to any changes. You will foster clear communication within your team and help create a positive, supportive environment where staff and residents thrive.
What We Are Looking For- A caring, compassionate, and motivated approach to care
- Proven experience supporting older people, ideally including those living with dementia
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a care team
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential
