Deeside Care Home is a modern, purpose-built home providing exceptional Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 68 residents. Set in a welcoming environment, our home is designed to deliver the highest standards of care while creating a supportive community where residents can truly thrive.
We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents while developing your skills in a supportive workplace.
What We Offer
- Β£21.00 per hour
- Contracted to 44 hours per week

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse at Deeside, you will play a central role in delivering person-centred clinical care. You will create and review individual care plans, administer medication safely, and monitor the health and wellbeing of residents with accuracy and attention to detail. You will provide leadership to the care team, ensuring handovers are effective, documentation is kept up to date, and high standards of care are maintained at all times.
Working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, you will build strong relationships based on trust, dignity, and respect. You will also act as a mentor and role model for colleagues, guiding and supporting them to deliver excellent care. Above all, you will bring compassion, professionalism, and a calm, reassuring presence to every shift.
What Weβre Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to best practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
- Previous care home experience is desirable but not essential
