Nestled in the charming area of Pinkhill, Manor Grange Care Home offers exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 83 residents. Purpose-built to combine comfort, safety and elegance, our home is a welcoming place where residents feel truly cared for, and team members feel supported, appreciated and empowered to grow. We are now looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated care team. What We Offer

What You Will Do
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with everyday tasks such as dressing, bathing, mobility and mealtimes, while always promoting their independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will build strong, meaningful relationships with those you support, getting to know their preferences and ensuring their personalised care plans are followed with warmth and compassion. You will also help create a homely, inclusive environment by encouraging social interaction and responding to residents’ needs with patience and respect. Working as part of a supportive team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable and happy every day.
What We Are Looking For
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not required — full training will be provided
- A genuine interest in caring for older people
- A positive, respectful and team-focused approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
