This vacancy arises following the internal promotion of the current Home Manager to Regional Support Manager - a clear reflection of both the home’s performance and Care Concern Group’s commitment to developing and progressing its leaders.

Contract
- Salary up to £85,000 per annum

The Opportunity
This is a succession and stewardship role, ideal for a measured, confident leader who understands how to maintain excellence while helping a strong team continue to evolve.
As Home Manager, you will have full accountability for the clinical, operational, and commercial performance of the home. Over the next 12–24 months, your focus will be on:
- Developing and empowering Heads of Department, supporting them to lead with confidence, accountability, and shared purpose
- Ensuring person-centred care remains at the heart of every decision, with continued regulatory compliance and strong inspection outcomes
- Sustaining workforce stability, effective rota management, and excellent HPRPW, while minimising agency usage
- Leading with visibility and presence, balancing supportive leadership with clear expectations and measurable outcomes

About You
You are an experienced leader, with at least two years’ management experience, ideally within a nursing environment of a similar size. You are comfortable overseeing clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, and you understand how to balance compassionate care with commercial performance.
You have a proven track record in:
- Leading and developing stable teams
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and operational efficiency
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and regulators
You bring a blended leadership style, combining transformational and servant leadership - empowering teams, respecting existing strengths, and guiding people forward with clarity and support.
Whether nurse-qualified or non-nurse, you are credible, approachable, and calm under pressure. You lead with integrity, accountability, and warmth, and you take pride in developing others and sustaining high standards.
