Located in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, our purpose-built care home offers the highest standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for up to 73 residents. With state-of-the-art facilities and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, our home has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, dignity and peace of mind for those who live here. Positively led by an experienced and supportive senior management team, known for its dedication and commitment to delivering care that feels truly personal.
We are now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning and help shape a positive, inclusive environment where residents and staff truly thrive.

Your role:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping residents enjoy each day with comfort, independence and dignity. You will support them with personal care and daily routines, follow individual care plans, and be a reassuring presence throughout the day. Whether you are offering companionship, helping with meals or encouraging residents to take part in social activities, your care will help create a warm and fulfilling environment where people feel respected and at ease.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with a caring nature, strong communication skills and a team-focused approach. A Health and Social Care qualification at NVQ Level 2 is preferred, along with at least six months of experience in a similar role, but we welcome applications from those with the right attitude and transferable skills.
