Rubislaw Park Care Home is an award-winning care home and nursing facility located in Aberdeen’s West End. We provide exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 86 residents. Our home offers a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team and make a tangible difference in the lives of our residents.
In this role, you will ensure our care home is clean, hygienic, and welcoming, creating an environment that supports the well-being and comfort of every resident. Your attention to detail and dedication will be vital in maintaining high standards across the home.
What We Offer- £12.21 per hour, contracted to 37.5 hours per week - Over 5 days
- Pension scheme
- Paid PVG
- Uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
You will provide thorough domestic cleaning services throughout the home, adhering to company policies and best practices. This includes cleaning and maintaining floors, furniture, fixtures, and sanitary areas, managing laundry, and ensuring waste is removed safely. You will maintain a safe and hygienic environment, follow health and safety protocols, and support residents with daily wellbeing as needed. Collaboration with colleagues to ensure consistent standards across the home is essential.
