Our care home is situated in the charming setting of Pinkhill, providing excellent Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 83 residents. Purpose-built and thoughtfully designed, our home is a place where residents feel secure, supported, and valued — day and night.

What We Offer

What You Will Do
As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of our residents throughout the night. You will take clinical responsibility for the home during your shift, leading the care team with confidence and compassion. Your night will involve delivering person-centred care, monitoring residents' health, administering medications, and responding promptly and effectively to any changes or emergencies. You will support residents with their evening and overnight routines, helping them to feel secure and reassured. Working closely with colleagues, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain clear communication, and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice at all times. Your calm, caring presence will make a meaningful difference to residents and contribute to a peaceful, supportive night-time environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a care home is desirable, but not essential
- A compassionate, calm, and professional approach to care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team confidently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to best clinical practice
