  • Oversight of complex nursing care and clinical decision-making
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing nursing and care teams

About you

You will be:

  • Comfortable working in a challenging but positive clinical environment
  • Experienced as a Deputy Manager, or ready to step confidently into that role

Experience in neurological conditions such as Huntington’s disease, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury is advantageous.

Experience with tracheostomy care is desirable; however, full on-site training and competency sign-off can be provided.

You will work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, helping to shape the future direction of the service while maintaining outstanding clinical standards.
