Cedar Lodge Care Home is a well established service in Taunton, Somerset, providing specialist dementia, palliative and respite care for up to 39 residents, alongside The Limes, a dedicated mental health community supporting a further 15 individuals. Set in a peaceful location, the home offers a welcoming, supportive environment with a strong focus on personalised care, dignity and wellbeing across both services.
Business Administrator Contract
- £12.71-£13.50 per hour depending on qualifications
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
As Business Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the overall performance and day to day running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager as part of the internal management structure. You will take ownership of core administrative systems including payroll input, contracts, compliance records and internal processes, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and handled with confidentiality. You will also support the coordination of staffing processes and line manage Reception staff, helping to maintain a well organised, responsive and professional front of house and administrative function.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems
