About Care Concern Group:
Care Concern Group is a successful, family-owned care provider with over 130 services across the UK, known for delivering high standards of care with heart, integrity, and ambition.
In Scotland:
- 68 homes, plus more developments underway
- Inspection grades consistently 10% above national average
- Exceptionally low reliance on agency staff
- A proven commissioning track record with multiple successful launches
You’ll also have support from an experienced commissioning team who know exactly what it takes to open a thriving home.
The Region You’ll Be Part Of:
This is a well-established, consistently strong region, guided by an experienced and highly regarded Regional Director. Performance is underpinned by a genuinely collaborative culture, where people work together and support one another to succeed. The region has earned a strong reputation both internally and externally for delivering high-quality services and doing things the right way. It is recognised for its professional standards, supportive leadership, and positive relationships with partners and regulators alike. You’ll be joining a team that is trusted, respected, and proud of the impact it makes.
What you’ll lead:
As Commissioning Home Manager, you’ll lead the full registration and commissioning process while building a high-performing, values-driven team from scratch. You’ll drive occupancy growth, embed strong governance and operational systems, and establish the home as a trusted care provider within the local community. Above all, you’ll create a culture where residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home from the moment we open our doors.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an inspiring Home Manager who leads with both expertise and heart. Someone who understands that outstanding care comes from a combination of clinical excellence, commercial strength, and a culture built on trust, respect, and kindness. You’ll have proven experience leading a nursing care service, with a confident grasp of regulatory standards, dementia care and governance, and the commercial insight to ensure long-term success through strong occupancy and financial performance. A natural motivator, you will build and nurture a high-performing team who feel valued, supported, and proud of the care they deliver every day. Nurse qualified is desirable, though not essential for an exceptional leader with credible clinical oversight. If you are driven by passion, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to creating a home where residents feel safe, fulfilled and truly celebrated, you will thrive here.
