The role

You’ll use your clinical judgment to assess medical cases, liaise with international providers, and support travellers during medical emergencies abroad. This is a fast-paced, decision-driven environment where your acute care experience truly matters.

What you’ll be doing

  • Clinically assessing complex medical cases from around the world
  • Advising on treatment pathways, repatriation, and medical suitability to travel
  • Liaising with hospitals, doctors, and assistance partners globally
  • Providing calm, expert guidance in time-critical situations
  • Applying ICU / A&E decision-making skills in a non-bedside setting

What we’re looking for

  • Registered Nurse (NMC)
  • Background in ICU, A&E, HDU, or critical care
  • Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills
  • Comfortable working with urgency, autonomy, and responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills (medical + non-medical stakeholders)
