We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across the Standish area. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference by helping individuals remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own environment.
The Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide non‑medical support tailored to each individual's needs. Duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping service users maintain independence and dignity
- Recording care notes accurately and following care plans
