Job Description
Our live-in care assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll provide day-to-day companionship, personal care, assist clients with the activities of daily living, and help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
We support all our Live-in Care Assistants and provide training as well as opportunities for career progression. You will be provided with your private room and have adequate breaks each day. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter.
Qualifications
We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. However, experience in live-in or a complex care setting would be extremely advantageous.
