CCH is seeking carers for complex home care in Detling near Maidstone. The role involves supporting a young adult with acquired brain injury who is non-verbal, requiring PEG feeds, medication administration, and seizure monitoring. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to location.
You will work 2:1 days and nights (8 am - 8 pm / 8 pm - 8 am) with 2-3 shifts per week, in a supportive, people-first care environment with full training and DBS covered.
