Job Description

What you’ll do

You will support a young boy with multiple complex needs in a 1:1 package, maintaining and monitoring his safety and clinical needs during the night. The role requires someone engaging, caring, and able to put the child at ease.

Working in the family home, you will make a real difference by ensuring his safety and comfort.

This is a rewarding role that requires a confident, caring, and friendly care professional.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.

We support individuals of all ages with conditions such as Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Every day presents new challenges, and you\’ll be making a positive impact while developing your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

What you’ll need

Full training and clinical support will be provided to develop skills in areas like tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
