Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The role consists of caring for a client with a spinal cord injury, assisting them with everyday household tasks; personal care, offering companionship, administering medication and providing catheter care and bowel management.

You don’t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
