Mon – Fri £13.15, Sat £13.15 and Sun £13.50 per hour.

Sudbury Hill, Neasden, Harrow, Stanmore, Edgeware, Cannon Park, Wembley

Shifts work across seven days a week,

EVENING – 2:00 pm – 10:00/11:00 pm

Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities

• Our Care Professionals support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes by following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, toileting, and medication support.
• Assist with mobility and physical disabilities, including use and care of aids and adaptations.
• Perform domestic tasks such as making beds, tidying, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
• Help clients with personal hygiene, including washing, bathing, and toileting, while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks; assist with feeding if needed.
• Assist with medication administration as per care plans.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, engaging clients in conversations, activities, and outings to prevent loneliness.
• Support clients with mobility, health monitoring, emotional support, and social inclusion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and incidents.
• Ensure safety and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Collaborate with care team members, healthcare professionals, and family members.

Qualifications

We welcome applicants without prior social care experience. Key qualities include compassion, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, resilience, and a commitment to respectful care. You must have the right to work in the UK.
