Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills as a Complex Care Assistant, covering a paediatric package. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. We support people of all ages in the community and their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Each day presents new challenges, and your work will brighten clients’ days while you develop your skills. The role involves supporting young adults in their own homes with ventilation and independent living due to learning disabilities.
