Job Description:
The client is a young gentleman in his teens who is registered blind and non-verbal with impaired cognitive functions. We’re looking for a kind and compassionate carer to join our existing team in supporting this young man’s overall well-being. You will support him with his personal care, medication administration via jejunostomy, non-invasive ventilation, seizure management and general domestic duties around the home.
Qualifications:
Experience in complex care is essential for this position, inclusive of the following:
- PEJ/PEG Feeding
- BiPap Ventilation
- Moving & handling equipment
