📍 Work Locations As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across the region, primarily covering:
- Potters Bar & Surrounds (EN6): Potters Bar, South Mimms, and Darkes Lane.
- Borehamwood & Elstree (WD6): Borehamwood and Elstree.
- Radlett & Shenley (WD7): Radlett and Shenley.
- Bushey & Surrounds (WD23): Bushey and Bushey Heath.
🚗 A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to the geographical nature of the rounds.

Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and respect, your responsibilities will include:
- 💊 Medication support (preparation and administration)
- 🚶 Mobility support (including the safe use of aids and equipment)
- 🍽️ Mealtime support (preparing meals/snacks, and feeding if required)
- 🏡 Light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)
- 💧 Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care)
- 🤝 Companionship (building meaningful relationships and emotional support)

Qualifications
🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:
