Due to the recent expansion of Care at Home Group’s Wirral Department, we are looking for an experienced and committed Wirral Care Deputy Manager to support our Wirral Care Services at Care at Home Group.
The Wirral Care Deputy Manager will work closely with the Wirral team to safely grow the department, and support the daily operations.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Allocating the right Community Care Worker to the right Service user for the right time.
-Managing all Care Coordinators within the team.

Liaising with relevant health care professionals and local authorities/councils.

Communicating with care workers, service users and family members.

Completing comprehensive assessments with new service users.

Keeping up to date with care workers, spot checks, supervisions and appraisals.
Previous experience within the Complex care, ideally within a Deputy Manager role.

Excellent Communication and organisational skills.

Ability to organise and prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.

Willing to take part in care calls when needed- a requirement to support with weekend cover when needed.
