**About the Role**
We are looking for experienced and reliable carers to join our growing team. This is a community-based role supporting people in their homes with companionship and day-to-day assistance. The work is flexible and tailored around the client’s individual schedule and level of need.
**Key Responsibilities**
Build trusted relationships through companionship and emotional support
Assist with daily routines, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
Prompt medication as needed (no administration)
Support mobility, outings, or appointments (as required)
Report any changes in wellbeing or concerns
Work in line with our values of dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
**Requirements**
Previous experience in care or a similar support role (preferred)
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential)
Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
Right to work in the UK
Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (provided free of charge)
