About The Role

As a Support Worker in our existing homes, you’ll be part of a supportive team responsible for maintaining structure, safety, and therapeutic care as we transition to new placements.

Location: West Midlands, UK

Employment: Part Time or Full time

Location: On-Site

You Will:

  • Provide high-quality emotional and practical support to young people once placed
  • Assist in keeping the home compliant and placement‑ready
  • Work across multiple homes (Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Wednesbury) as needed
  • Help embed routines, therapeutic approaches, and positive communication
  • Support the home’s leadership team during gaps in placement or low staffing
  • Promote a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for all young people
