As a Support Worker in this home, you’ll play a key role in helping a young person feel safe, supported, and understood. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing practical and emotional care in line with the child’s individual plan
  • Supporting with education, life skills, and emotional regulation
  • Maintaining daily structure, boundaries, and positive routines
  • Working closely with the Deputy and Registered Manager to ensure consistent care delivery
  • Managing risk and following safeguarding policies at all times
  • Contributing to a nurturing home environment rooted in trust, patience, and predictability
