You Will:

  • Lead shifts, supervise staff, and act as a senior point of contact in the absence of management.
  • Support the implementation of trauma‑informed routines, care plans, and behaviour support strategies.
  • Work across various homes as needed, ensuring each is compliant and emotionally safe for future placements.
  • Maintain strong safeguarding practice and contribute to audits and quality assurance.
  • Offer coaching, feedback, and encouragement to support workers and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
