About The Role

As Senior Support Worker, you will be a key member of the home's leadership team.

  • Lead daily shifts, model professional conduct, and support with decision‑making
  • Mentor and guide support workers, especially during challenging or high‑pressure situations
  • Work closely with the Deputy and Registered Manager on audits, reports, and regulatory checks
  • Help implement consistent routines, emotional regulation strategies, and risk management plans
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with young people through reflective and therapeutic practice
  • Ensure that the home is always placement‑ready and compliant with regulatory standards
