Care & Support Services is launching a new registered children’s home in Cannock. We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to be a key member of the home's leadership team and to shape a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment.
You will lead daily shifts, mentor staff, collaborate with the Deputy and Registered Manager on audits and regulatory checks, and implement consistent routines and risk management to keep young people safe and placement-ready.
