Care & Support Services is opening a new registered children’s home in Cannock, designed to provide therapeutic, consistent, and emotionally secure care for young people with complex needs. We are seeking a Deputy Manager to help lead the development of this new home from the beginning—embedding structure, culture, and high standards.

You will support the Registered Manager in creating a safe and nurturing home where therapeutic care is embedded in daily practice, and you will guide the home.
