About The Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be a key figure in the home's structure, supporting the management team and mentoring staff.

  • Build strong relationships with the young person and help implement care plans that promote safety, growth, and trust.
  • Take on responsibility during times of crisis or staffing shortages, using sound judgment and de‑escalation skills.
