The predicted salary is between 20250 - 24750 £ per year.
As a Support Worker, your role will focus on building strong, trusting relationships and promoting the wellbeing of the young person in our care. You will:
- Provide emotional and practical support in line with the young person’s individual care plan
- Help maintain structure, safety, and routine throughout the day and night
- Support with education, social skills, and life development
- Contribute to daily handovers, key documentation, and safeguarding practices
- Role model healthy communication, behaviour, and problem-solving
- Work collaboratively with a small, consistent team to deliver outstanding care

Requirements
- Experience working with vulnerable young people, ideally in a residential or education setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to enrol within 6 months)
- Strong communication, patience, and emotional resilience
- Understanding of safeguarding, risk, and trauma-informed care
- Flexible availability including sleep-ins, evenings, and weekends
