Care & Support Services is opening a new registered children's home in Cannock, designed to provide therapeutic, consistent, and emotionally secure care for young people with complex needs. As Deputy Manager you will help lead the development from the start, embedding structure, culture and high standards.
You will lead care teams, model trauma-informed interactions, assist with rotas, audits and internal systems, and act as a key contact for professionals, families and young people to ensure.
