What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruitment
- Manage high‑volume hiring across clinical and operational roles, owning the full cycle from sourcing to offer.
- Guide candidates and stakeholders through an efficient, well‑structured interview process.
- Act as the point of contact for interviewees & candidates throughout the process.
- Create a wonderful candidate experience through clear, friendly, and timely communication.
- Keep our recruitment systems organised and up‑to‑date, making sure no detail slips through the cracks.
- Balance the nuances of hiring clinical professionals for a start‑up environment, ensuring candidates understand the pace and flexibility required.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for key roles.
- Onboarding Coordination
- Bring our onboarding strategy to life by facilitating IT and tool setup while coordinating and scheduling shadowing sessions to ensure new team members have everything they need to thrive.
- Work closely with our Talent Administrator’s to ensure compliance checks (e.g., Right to Work, DBS, professional registrations) are completed efficiently.
- Support new team members as their dedicated guide through the onboarding journey.
- Help coordinate and attend popular in‑person onboarding events in Canary Wharf.
- General Process Enhancement
- Keep our ATS system accurate and organised.
- Share creative ideas to improve our onboarding and recruitment processes.
- Work closely with our Head of Talent to support various team initiatives and projects.
To Thrive In This Role You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, start‑up or scale‑up or health‑tech environment.
- Proficiency using ATS and HR systems (we use Employment Hero).
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet goals.
- Solid coordination experience with scheduling, compliance, and onboarding.
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident and natural communicator who enjoys creating an engaged work environment.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work at pace.
- Open and approachable with a people‑first attitude.
Bonus (Not Essential)
- Experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Understanding of compliance checks in hiring and HR.
- Proficiency using SaaS tools like Slack, Front, Notion and Airtable.
