Why work with us
You will be joining a purpose-driven team, reporting directly to the Head of Talent. Your work as a Talent Coordinator will directly impact our entire workforce – and ultimately the patients we serve. This role is about creating exceptional experiences that help us attract and retain the talented professionals who make our mission possible. Please note that this isn’t a recruiter role.
Being a rapidly growing company, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to building something meaningful from the ground up. Your ideas will be heard, and you will see the direct impact of your work as we expand our team and reach. Plus, you will be joining at the perfect time to grow with us – as we scale, so will the opportunities for your professional development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own pre-boarding communications – professionally and warmly keeping new joiners and clinical associates informed ahead of their start date or onboarding events.
- Take the lead on pre-boarding compliance coordination, ensuring every candidate journey meets our legal and ethical standards – no detail too small when it comes to getting it right. This includes verifying compliance documents in-person at our associate onboarding events.
- Support Talent Specialists with interview scheduling and coordinating logistics.
- Liaise with our IT team to ensure new starters have the right tech hardware and systems access waiting for them when they join.
- Become a talent process expert – know the ins and outs so you can keep things running smoothly and spot opportunities to improve.
- Assist the team to deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience that leaves a lasting impression.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our ATS – your attention to detail will make a real difference to how smoothly candidates move through our hiring process.
- Keep hiring documents organised - from compliance SOPs to interview guides, so we’re always audit-ready and running smoothly.
- Get involved in special projects alongside the Talent leadership team, including employer branding and other talent initiatives, supporting a range of projects as the business scales.
To Thrive In This Role You’ll Need
- Previous experience in a Talent Coordinator role, or similar (bonus points if it was in a HealthTech start-up or a rapidly scaling company).
- Confidence using tools including ATS, HRIS and background check platforms (straight to the front of the line if you’ve previously used Credentially).
- Experience working with sensitive data and following robust compliance processes in a regulated environment.
- Confidence being direct, but professional, with internal stakeholders and candidates about compliance requirements.
- A sharp eye for detail – from spotting a scheduling clash to catching a typo in an email.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset – you don’t just flag issues, you suggest smart solutions.
- Empathy and people-first thinking – you balance rigorous compliance requirements with clear, reassuring communications for candidates.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity – as a scaling start-up, priorities can shift quickly, and we’re looking for someone who brings order, structure, and calm to a fast-moving environment.
