We’re hiring a mid‑level Implementation and Change Specialist to support the implementation and deliver end‑to‑end operational and system‑enabled change across CARE ADHD. You’ll work closely with our Senior Operational Improvement Manager and Implementation Manager to identify friction in work processes, structure improvement work, support roll‑outs of new operational changes and releases, coordinate delivery across teams, and drive testing, go‑live, adoption, and benefits tracking. This is a hands‑on delivery role. You will run implementation activity, manage dependencies, and ensure operational and digital changes land successfully. You won’t own the process library or document control – you’ll partner with our Process Standards & Documentation Specialist to embed improvements sustainably in SOPs and standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify friction in how work gets done and support discovery through shadowing, interviews, workshops, and “as‑is” mapping.
- Use data and frontline feedback to separate symptoms from root causes.
- Shape implementation scopes, success measures, and delivery plans for digital‑first operational improvements.
- Collaborate on projects across Operations, Product, Implementation, and Enablement.
- Support requirements capture and translation into system or workflow changes.
- Coordinate readiness, testing support, go‑live activity, and post‑implementation follow‑up.
- Help define and track key operational measures such as turnaround time, queue ageing, rework rates, handover delays, and accuracy.
- Produce simple weekly updates that highlight progress, risks, and next actions.
- Monitor adoption and flag where teams need extra support in partnership with Training & Enablement.
- Use QA/audit themes, operational incidents, and recurring escalations to prioritise fixes and ensure learnings translate into changed ways of working.
- Capture workflow decisions and changes clearly, and hand them over to the Process Standards & Documentation Specialist for controlled publication and versioning.
- Partner with Training & Enablement to support teams through changes.
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience implementing operational or digital change with clear involvement across the full delivery life cycle (plan ➙ implement ➙ embed).
- Comfortable owning delivery structure: plans, actions, dependencies, and follow‑through informed by hands‑on project management experience.
- Experience working directly with operational teams to understand real‑world workflows.
- Comfortable speaking with stakeholders, running small workshops, and capturing requirements clearly.
- Analytical mindset: ability to work with data (even if messy) to understand change and measure outcomes.
- Strong written communication and organisation skills.
- Comfortable working in a multi‑role environment where operational documentation control sits with a dedicated standards specialist.
Preferred
- Experience leading multiple implementation projects and digital/system changes.
- Experience in healthcare (bonus if in mental health) or another quality‑sensitive environment (regulated experience is a bonus).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and approaches (Lean basics, root cause analysis, standard work).
- Comfort with tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, Asana, and basic reporting in Excel or Sheets (and ideally a BI tool).
