As CARE ADHD continues to grow, we’re searching for a talented and motivated Feedback and Resolutions Specialist. In this role, you’ll help clients feel heard and supported, drive improvements across the organization, and contribute to our mission to transform ADHD care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Public Feedback Management – Monitor and respond to reviews on Trustpilot, Reddit, Google, etc.
- Complaint Handling – Serve as the primary point of contact for client complaints.
- Customer Advocacy & Feedback Programs – Design programs, surveys, and interviews for feedback.
- Process Optimisation – Recommend workflows and improve processes.
- Collaboration – Partner with Client Success, Marketing, and other departments.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years in complaints handling, customer success, or reputation management.
- Experience managing public‑facing feedback and reviews.
- Remote or hybrid working experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with Trustpilot, Reddit, Google Reviews, survey platforms, and CRM systems.
- A proactive attitude for resolving issues.
- Experience in a high‑growth start‑up.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CQC).
- Knowledge of ADHD or mental health services.
