What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go‑to person for clinicians, answering questions and ensuring they have everything they need to thrive.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver smooth onboarding journeys.
- Help clinicians resolve challenges in a fair, thoughtful way aligned with our values.
- Assist with engaging onboarding events and initial training.
- Run quarterly recertification checks, maintain accurate records across People systems.
- Support retention efforts by identifying engagement challenges and implementing initiatives.
- Help clinicians maintain high standards of client documentation.
- Support the Head of People in launching new processes or engagement projects.
- Keep associate handbooks and procedures up‑to‑date.
- Roll out engagement surveys and track trends to improve the experience.
- Work closely with clinicians to increase their engagement and availability, encouraging them to take on additional clinics.
What We’re Looking For
- People‑focused experience: 2+ years in People/Patient/Customer support, ideally in a high‑growth start‑up.
- Prioritisation skills to handle shifting priorities and multi‑tasking.
- Solution‑focused mindset, comfortable with change and structure in fast‑moving situations.
- Knowledge of UK employment laws and best practices, especially IR35.
- Strong communication skills, able to connect with all levels.
- Culture champion who loves building teams, creating meaningful work and valued initiatives.
- Passion for building an inclusive workplace where everyone is supported.
Bonus (Not Essential)
- Experience building engagement, particularly in a remote environment.
- Proficiency using SaaS tools such as Slack, Front, Notion and Airtable.
- Experience working with clinicians.
