Business Process & Product Analyst

We are building one of the most ambitious HealthTech groups in the UK, starting with ADHD services and rapidly expanding into children’s health and neurodevelopmental care. We are now seeking a Business Process & Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in this journey, acting as the bridge between business operations, product design, and technology delivery, and ensuring our platforms are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with our long-term mission to transform healthcare.

What we are looking for?

We are seeking a Business Process & Product Analyst who will act as the critical bridge between business operations, product design, and technology delivery. This role combines business process analysis with business and product analysis to ensure that the solutions we build are both operationally effective and user centric.

The ideal candidate will not only analyse and optimize business processes but also translate those insights into clear software requirements, collaborating closely with design and technology leadership to deliver platforms that are intuitive, scalable, and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Business Process & Strategy

  • Analyse and map business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend process changes where technology can add measurable business value.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, operational workflows, and product direction.

Product & Requirements Analysis

  • Work with stakeholders to capture, prioritize, and refine business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Translate business objectives and process findings into user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Partner with the UI/UX Designer to visualize requirements and shape user experiences.
  • Maintain a backlog of requirements, ensuring traceability from business objectives through to technical delivery.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Collaborate with the Head of Technology, CTO, and other business stakeholders to align requirements with technical strategy and long-term business vision.
  • Act as the connector between business teams, product owners, designers, and developers.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support quality assurance by validating that delivered solutions meet both requirements and process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in business process analysis (BPM, workflow optimization) and business/product analysis (requirements gathering, backlog management).
  • Experience with process mapping and visualization tools (Visio, Lucid Chart, BPMN, Miro).
  • Skilled in writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to translate business needs into both process improvements and user-centred product requirements.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across business, design, and technology teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in digital product development, process automation, or enterprise software platforms.
