Apply for the Brand Designer role at Care ADHD. We’re building an internal creative brand hub to elevate our brand through thoughtful, human‑centred visual design. The role will involve taking briefs from idea to stellar execution across campaigns, digital, print, social, product touchpoints, and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visual identity and brand expression: Evolve and apply an elevated, more coherent brand identity across all channels – from expressive campaign work to refined templates and engaging content. Create guidelines, templates and toolkits to help scale great design internally. Partner with an external agency on the rollout and implementation of an elevated brand identity.
- Creative delivery: Lead design work from concept through execution – visual concepts, layouts, typography, illustration, motion and digital assets included. Partner closely with writers, other freelance designers, marketers, ops and product to craft visuals that support narrative and purpose.
- Collaboration and feedback: Work with cross‑functional teams to interpret briefs and translate insights into effective design solutions. Participate in crits and reviews, championing quality without ego.
- Refine and advocate: Help develop design standards, patterns and shared best practice. Contribute to a culture of clarity, craft and continuous learning.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in brand, campaign or studio design roles.
- Evidence of the ability to test, iterate and experiment visual concepts and ideas in line with user feedback.
- A strong commitment to design thinking and human‑centred design approaches.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, identity systems, typography and multi‑channel work.
- A growth mindset – eager to grow and learn, with openness to giving and receiving feedback.
- Fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a willingness to explore motion/design systems.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, often to tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset: a great communicator who thrives in cross‑disciplinary teams.
- Deep familiarity with the intentional, safe use of AI to accelerate design without compromising creativity and quality.

- Knowledge of agile ways of working and product‑led environments.
